Recently I had the opportunity to visit with one of our #andersonforeverhome clients, and friend, Josh Leblanc, for a candid discussion about his experience working with Anderson Homes to complete his and his wife, Cheryl’s, custom home. 

From the initial concept and design stage, through the construction process, Josh tells us, from his point of view what it was like to build their home.

Community Impact: Donation

Both employees of Anderson Homes and Anderson Artisans have kids that attend St. Anne’s Catholic School. We were happy to volunteer and participate in the recent Dinner Dance Auction. There may have even been a gator hunt purchased in the excitement of the live auction!

Employee Spotlight:

Anderson Homes and Anderson Artisans got together recently to celebrate. We had a birthday. We celebrated the end of crawfish season. And, we celebrated the hard work the team has been putting into our projects. We handed out the rest “Grit and Grind” award. There were a lot of qualified candidates. Looking forward to the next celebration and adding another name to the trophy!

Ridgecrest Properties

Ridgecrest

Located off Hwy 365 near the Labelle Road intersection, these lots are zoned to Hamshire Fannett ISD, have no city tax or HOA. This neighborhood is the only neighborhood development of its kind in the area.

Anderson Pines

Located on the corner of Forest Road and Pine Burr, it is rare to find lots this size in the heart of Lumberton.

Barrington Heights

Located off Dowlen Road and Delaware Road, this neighborhood is in its final stages of development.  It is very centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and major thoroughfares connecting you to the surrounding cities. 

Tram Road

Located off Hwy 105 and Tram Road, this large tract of land can be divided into minimum 10-acre tracts.  It has Ag exemption, is zoned to Beaumont ISD but close to Legacy Christian Academy and Hardin Jefferson ISD, where transfers are available.
