How long have you been in the construction business?
Originally founded in 1946, Anderson Homes is a third generation family business, and one of South East Texas’ most well-established builders. Through our years of experience, we have encountered most every situation that can arise, and have the know-how needed to successfully navigate it. We’ve seen it all!
Are you insured?
At Anderson Homes we care about protecting our clients, our company, and our workers. We carry a two million dollar General Liability policy, a Design Liability Policy, as well as a Builder’s Risk policy on all substantial projects. In addition, we carry Worker’s Compensation insurance and encourage all our subcontractors to carry their own General Liability insurance as well.
What steps do you take to make sure that we stay within our budget?
We build your home on paper first. Through our extensive design process, we determine all selections, site considerations, and municipality specifics, so that there are no hidden costs or unexpected charges. We will keep your budget, as well as your dreams, on track throughout the entire building process.
