Originally founded in 1946, Anderson Homes is a third generation family business, operating for more than 70 years. Anderson Homes is one of southeast Texas' most well-established and reputable builders; building custom homes of distinction. Covering the spectrum from custom additions and renovations, to outdoor living spaces and commercial buildings.

Ronnie’s grandfather founded in Anderson Construction in 1946. Starting in 1960, Ronnie spent his summers working with his father and grandfather. In 1969, he left school to run Anderson Homes full time.

Ronnie has been President of Anderson Homes for more than 30 years, and he was Vice President for 15 years prior. Ronnie has served on the Board of Directors of the local Home Builders Association for 35 years in every capacity, including President three times. He has served on the Texas Association of Builders Board of Directors for 15 years as Committee Head. Ronnie has also served on the National Association of Homes Builders Board of Directors, the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Jefferson County Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors. Spearheading the Anderson Homes Team, Ronnie lends all these years of wisdom and experience to every aspect of the home building process.

Stoney Petit

Owner, Pre-Construction Manager

Stoney Petit, Owner and General Manager of Anderson Homes, has been married to his wife, Ellen, since 2008. They have 2 daughters, Mae Martin and Etta. The Petits reside in LaBelle TX, where they raise cows for beef on the 4 Rockin’ P Ranch. Stoney also enjoys hunting and fishing and looks forward to passing along his passion for the outdoors to his two young children. Stoney and Ellen love traveling, and researching custom homes, for new design ideas, for the next Anderson Home!

Adam Farnie

Owner, General Manager

Adam Farnie has worked for Anderson Homes since 2009 and currently is their general manager. Now a partner at Anderson Homes, Adam works with our project managers to build your Anderson Forever Home. Adam has two children and a loving wife Michelle. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, hunting, and fishing.

Monica Elliot

Monica Elliott

Office Manager

Monica Elliott, Office Manager at Anderson Homes, has been with the company since 2014. She has 2 sons and when she’s not overseeing the Anderson Homes office, you can find her at a basketball tournament with her youngest son. She enjoys cookouts and socializing with friends. In addition to managing the office, Monica is a member of our Leadership Team. She heads up the Administration Department and helps make decisions for the company along with the Sales and Production Team.

Jack has lived in Beaumont all of his life except for the 4 years he attended Stephen F. Austin University. Jack spent his summers interning for Anderson Homes and joined us full time after graduation. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Megan McLaughlin

Purchasing Coordinator

Megan was born and raised in southeast Texas. She previously worked for the City of Beaumont for 2 years. This is where she discovered she has a passion for growth and development within her community. When she's not at the office, she loves spending time with friends and family. In the summertime, it's usually on the water!

We have developed a customized estimating & design process to systematically catalog and incorporate all of the custom design ideas that you, the customer, have for your project. The end result is a well thought out and planned project ensuring that the construction goes smoothly and minimizes the stress and pressure for the customer that can be associated with building the project.

We will assign one of our talented and qualified Project Managers to your project. The project manager will oversee the construction on a daily basis and coordinate the progress and flow of the project from start to finish. Our Project Managers serve as a single point of contact for you, allowing you the freedom to relax.


Although you’ll be assigned a Project Manager, we are not a one man operation! We have a full office staff, including Stoney Petit (owner and general manager), Adam Farnie (our production manager), and Danielle Goodwin (our construction coordinator). We all ensure that all construction meets our high quality standards.


Our experience in all types of design is available to assist you in your decision-making along the way. We specialize in fully customized projects, allowing you to dictate the design as you see fit. The result is a professional grade home you can be proud of.


We have experience working with structural engineers for the foundation and framing. Our contractors are the best in their respective fields and our project managers implement quality control over them. We specify only the highest quality windows, doors, and roof, for the price; and it is all backed by our 10-year structural warranty.
